Using this website

The text, photographs and films on this website belong to Tsukiji Jisaku or to the people who created them, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without our permission.

We prepare the information on this site with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of error, and it may change without notice. Menus, rooms and cultural experiences depend on the season, the day and availability.

Reservations and cancellation

Reservations can be made through the enquiry form, by telephone, or through our online reservation service. A reservation is confirmed when we reply to you.

Because each dish is prepared individually for your booking, a cancellation fee of 100% of the food and room charge applies to cancellations, or to reductions in the number of guests, made after 16:00 on the day before the reservation.

Cultural experiences such as geisha and shamisen performances are arranged on request. Availability depends on the date, the size of your party and the occasion.
